1. Thermal conductive silicone grease


(1) Thermal conductive silicone grease, commonly known as heat dissipation paste, is a thermal conductive organic silicone grease composite made mainly from organic silicone and added with materials with excellent heat resistance and thermal conductivity.


(2) Advantages: High cost-effectiveness, the most common thermal conductive material in electronic heat dissipation.


Attention: The operation is not convenient. Generally, thermal paste will have silicone oil precipitation, which will dry over time. It is not recommended to use thermal paste for products with long service life.


2. Thermal conductive silicone sheet


(1) Thermal conductive silicone sheet is a type of thermal conductive medium material synthesized through a special process using silicone as the substrate and various auxiliary materials such as metal oxides.


(2) In the industry, it is also known as thermal conductive silicone pad, thermal conductive silicone film, soft thermal conductive pad, etc. It is specially designed and produced for the use of gaps to transfer heat. It can fill the gaps and complete the heat transfer between the heating and cooling parts.


(3) At the same time, it also plays a role in insulation, shock absorption, sealing, etc., which can meet the design requirements of equipment miniaturization and ultra-thin. It is highly technical and practical, and has a wide range of thickness applications. It is an excellent thermal conductive filling material.
