Thermal conductive ceramic sheet is a ceramic material with good thermal conductivity. Thermal conductive ceramic sheets can efficiently conduct heat and quickly transfer it away from the heat source. Moreover, it generally has high insulation properties and can be applied in electronic devices, such as between CPUs and heat sinks, to prevent short circuits while effectively dissipating heat. Its texture is usually relatively hard and can adapt to certain high temperature environments.

Main applications:

AI203 is mainly used in high-power devices and ICMOS tubes. IGBT surface mounted thermal insulation, high-frequency power supply, communication, mechanical equipment, high current, high voltage, high temperature and other product components that require thermal insulation and heat dissipation.

ZrO2 is mainly used in zirconium bricks, zirconium tubes, crucibles, etc. for grinding materials, refractory materials, and precious metal smelting.

Special note:

1. The material of the product itself is ceramic, which is a fragile item. The advantage of the product is its excellent thermal conductivity and insulation performance, but the disadvantage is that its toughness is not good enough and it is prone to breakage.

2. The product needs to be handled with care during transportation and use.

During the production and assembly process of perforated ceramic plates, the recommended torque for M3 screw electric screwdriver locking screws is 3.5-5.0 KGF CM, The smaller the product size, the smaller the torque it can withstand.

4. It is normal for products supplied in bulk to have yellow spots, convex spots, concave spots, and slight notches<0.5mm on all four sides. Dark cracks are considered serious defects.

If the customer has strict requirements for the appearance of the product, they can communicate separately with the business personnel and manual selection is needed. (Note: Costs may increase)
